I have an ironman actually!Blessed dhide is better as the improved magic defence is irrelevant, the ranged defence difference is marginal, the increased melee defence of d'hide helps against snakelings, and the prayer bonus helps not use as much supplies. I doubt it matters too much. I have been learning zulrah fairly successfully with blessed dhide and mystics. Karil's Skirt is only useful when you're doing melee and need magic defense. Unlike Blessed D-Hide, or the Armadyl Chainskirt it doesn't have negative offensive melee bonuses. Elite void bottoms sadly do the same job better. It sort of lacks a purpose once you have access to better gear. 5. Honest question. I just can't tell why. When I asked on how to upgrade from my b dhide top some clan members told me to buy arma/karil's. Now, arma is wayyy to expansive for me, so I looked up Karil's. The main use for Karils is Magic Defence and I believe it is the strongest Magic Defence armor without a Melee Attack negative, which is why you might see it used more for Melee than for Ranged..
